Refilling a spray applicator, e.g. for a liquid perfume/cosmetic/pharmaceutical product, empties the applicator to form an underpressure to draw in the product from an external reservoir

The applicator spray (1), for a liquid or paste or powder, has a reservoir (11) for the product together with a pump (12). To refill the reservoir from a top-up supply (2), it is emptied which forms an interior underpressure, and an external reservoir (210) containing the top-up product is fitted to the spray applicator with its feed channel (251) connected to the spray outflow channel.
