The system has an upper part (3) with prongs fixed on a wooden flashboard (9) possessing a base (2). The base supports a rail and a lower part (4) which is connected by a ramp (5). The upper part has a hook which protrudes with respect to a longitudinal open plane and the prongs are arranged in a quadrilateral form. A head of the hook locks the parts (3, 4) after adjusting the hook in a rack (13) of the lower part.
