The system has an inner pouch (1) and an outer pouch (2) that are closed by soldering. The inner pouch that is placed in the outer pouch contains a frozen liquid. The outer pouch restrains the outpour of possible leakage between the two pouches. An inflation of pressure is introduced between the two pouches to exert a counter-pressure between the pouches. The pouches are made of flexible material of progressive thickness.
