The kit has one mattress (2) coupled to a barrier (5) that has two axles (10, 11). A bed has two worm screws (9, 8) at a head (3) and foot (4) respectively. The axles are connected to the respective screws for moving a patient lying on the mattress up and down. Another mattress (1) fixed to the barrier covers the front side of the patient. A motor (17) coupled to the screw (8) turns the kit when a third mattress (14) deflates.
