A method comprises manufacturing floor panels which each comprise a frame, clad on at least one side and formed from a timber head, sill, two exterior studs and at least one interior stud and wall panels which additionally comprise bridging members between the studs. The method also comprises manufacturing roof trusses using a jig set up using a truss template. The building units per se are also claimed.
