PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage treatment method which enables a retention of the bacterial cell composition of activated sludge required for removing nitrogen and phosphorus and a reduction in the occurrence amount of sludge, a sewage treatment control system and sewage treatment equipment. PSOLUTION: The sewage treatment method includes an initially sedimented sludge separation process for separating inflow raw water into initially sedimented sludge and a supernatant liquid by sedimentation, a treatment method for biologically treating the supernatant liquid in a biological reaction tank by activated sludge and an initially sedimented sludge charging process for changing the initially sedimented sludge in the biological reaction tank and is characterized in that the initially sedimented sludge of the initially charging process is cherged on the basis of the average stagnation time of activaterd sludge. Alternatively, a dissolved oxygen supply amount calculation process for calculating the supply amount of dissolved oxygen flow the air blow amount of a blower is included to set the change amount of the initially sedimented sludge charging process from the data of the dissolved oxygen supply amount calculation process.
