PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanogel synthesizing method of visible light type titanium oxide having a photocatalyst or self-cleaning effect.;SOLUTION: The nanogel synthesizing method of visible light type titanium oxide comprises an inversion process in which the washed titanium hydroxide is stirred in pure water, an oxidant or acid is added as necessary, and an additive, reforming agent and surfactant are added for allowing an inversion reaction and a maturing process in which the inverted solution is subjected to maturing reaction at a predetermined temperature and for a predetermined time.
