PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid quantification and discharge apparatus and its production method and a method for quantifying and discharging liquid and a method for discharging the fixed number of particles, by which a small quantity of liquid can be quantified and discharged at a high accuracy with its simple and compact configuration and the fixed number of particles can be discharged by quantification and discharge of a solution containing particles dispersed therein.;SOLUTION: Liquid to be discharged is injected from a first channel 1 with differences in affinity between the inner wall of a channel and the liquid to be discharged and between the liquid to be discharged and an object to which the liquid is discharged. A second channel 2 having higher affinity for liquid to be discharged 14 than that of the first channel 1 is preferentially filled. A terminal opening part 4 of the second channel 2 is caused to come into contact with another object 5 having higher affinity for the liquid to be discharged 14 than that of the second channel 2.
