FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC AGGREGATE FOR CONCRETE PRODUCT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND CONCRETE PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fiber-reinforced plastic aggregate for a concrete product which is used as aggregate for the concrete product without finely pulverizing scrapped FRP, a method of producing the same and the concrete product.;SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced plastic aggregate for the concrete product is formed by hardening a cement coagulated material on the surface of a granular body obtained by pulverizing the fiber-reinforced plastic product to have ≤30 mm particle diameter. The method of manufacturing the fiber-reinforced plastic aggregate for the concrete product is carried out by adding 5-25 pts.wt. cement and water in a ratio water/cement of 0.4-1.2 to 100 pts.wt. granular body obtained by pulverizing the fiber-reinforced plastic product to have ≤30 mm particle diameter, mixing and stirring, curing and hardening to solidify the cement coagulated material on the surface of the granular body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
