PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have an adjustment bolt of a hand-operated hydraulic pump operated without inserting hands into a frame of a vehicle in a vehicle-height adjustment device of a hydraulic shock absorber such as a motorcycle integrally having the hand-operated hydraulic pump.;SOLUTION: In the vehicle-height adjustment device of the hydraulic shock absorber 10, a circular collar 130 fitted in an adjustment rod 107 is set to move back and forth at an axial direction by moving back and forth the adjustment rod 107. When a tooth portion 133 of the circular collar 130 is moved back and forth to serrated teeth 112 of a sleeve 110, an engaged ratchet portion 122 of a circular locking member 120 on a second slant surface 133A of the tooth portion 133 of the circular collar 130 is alternately engaged with a groove portion 113 and a non-sliding portion 114 of the serrated teeth 112 of the sleeve 110, respectively, and the adjustment rod 107 is set up to switch to a storing or pulling-out state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
