BATTLE SIMULATION SYSTEM, AND MODELING METHOD FOR COMMANDER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of facilitating modeling of different commanders. PSOLUTION: A tactical situation database is provided for storing various types of data such as equipment data of one's troops and enemy troops, and weather and land form of a battle area. A tactical situation calculating device is provided for calculating an engagement situation of one's troops and enemy troops by using stored data of the tactical situation database and simulating various type of tactical situations. A commander device is provided for outputting a result of an estimate of the situation as a commander on the basis of the engagement situation calculated by the tactical situation calculating device. The commander device is composed of a function portion carrying out calculation processing, and a rule portion storing rules of the calculation processing carried out by the function portion. By changing contents of the rule portion, modeling of different commanders is carried out, and the result of the estimate of the situation is changed. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
