PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management/operation system for proceeds and a capital sufficiently coping with a payoff risk by receiving collection and delivery service of sales cashes at a low cost in a large-scale retail business entity.;SOLUTION: This management/operation system manages/operates the proceeds and capitals by exchanging information using computers and a network among three parties which are the retail business entities 11, 12A-12E, credit associations 14, and a banking organization 16 for coordination. The credit association is a banking organization which sticks to the area. The banking organization 16 forms business relations on the capital supply of the retail business entity with a head office 11 of the retail business entity and forms business relations of money transfer with the credit association.
