PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost porous concrete composition having excellent workability, work holding property, high convenience, excellent shrinkage reducing property and and used for exterior construction, road pavement, revetment for river, greening base or the like and a porous concrete structure.;SOLUTION: The low shrinkage porous concrete composition contains cement, crushed limestone and an admixture prepared by blending a (metha) acrylic polymer (A) and a maleic polymer (B) in a ratio (A)/(B) of (20-50)/(50-80) by mass.
