PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical excision instrument adjusting a suction amount of liquid in an operation lumen in a simple structure and improving operability in cleaning and sterilizing a suction tube.;SOLUTION: This surgical excision instrument 16 is provided with an excision appliance 46 which excises a biotissue by a blade part 55 provided in a distal end of a narrow and long probe 51 and has a suction passage for sucking the excised biotissue, and a suction tube 78 connected to the suction passage. The excision appliance 46 is provided with a suction amount adjusting mechanism 80 adjusting a crush allowance for crushing the suction tube 78 from the outside so as to adjust the suction amount.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
