PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user friendly apnea condition preventing tool and apnea condition preventing bedding which allow a user to freely toss him-/her-self about in bed.;SOLUTION: This apnea condition preventing tool is equipped with an inclination mat 2 with an inclined inclination support face and a movement suppression member 3. The movement suppression member 3 is connected to the inclined bottom part of the inclination mat 2. The inclination support face of the inclination mat 2 is placed so that the inclination support face of the inclination mat 2 is placed to the back side of the user's body and the movement suppression member 3 is placed to the abdominal part side. The user's head part is kept in a side facing condition. The inclination mat 2 comprises a mat main body 6 and an auxiliary mat 8. The user's body is supported by the inclination support face 14 of the mat main body 6 and the head part is supported by an inclination support face 16 of the auxiliary mat 8.
