PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container such as a lunch box constituted so that nutritional balance and intake of calorie can be easily managed and subdivided containers storable in the food container.;SOLUTION: A lunch box of this food container has an outer box 2 and inner containers 3 housed in the outer box 2 and constructed so as to pack a plurality of sorted foods therein. The inner containers 3 are formed so as to house medium volume containers 4, 5 or small volume containers 6-8 with different volumes which can respectively house a weight of food by which a prescribed calorie set by kinds of foods can be taken.
