PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well depletion preventing system which can completely prevent depletion of mineral water such as hot spring, by preventing excessive pumping of the mineral water, can positively treat noxious gas contained in the mineral water, and maintains the mineral water in a raw water state without volatilizing volatile effective gas components.;SOLUTION: According to the well depletion preventing system, a pipe 10 equipped with a fine mesh filter is arranged in a pipe, and a power pump or a power pumping port is arranged on a bottom side of the pipe with the fine mesh filter, followed by arranging a mesh filter 4 in the pipe 2 at a location spaced a predetermined distance away from a well bottom 11. Thus mineral water A and gas B springing from the well bottom 11 or a side surface 12 are introduced via the mesh filter 4 into the pipe 2, and the gas B flows upward to be exhausted via an exhaust pipe 5, while the mineral water A falls in the pipe 2 down to the power pump 3 to be pumped via a lifting pipe 6 onto the ground. In the system the gas B flows upward and it can be exhausted after passing through a designated gas treatment device 7 for treatment.
