PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration indication manual start-up device and method for easily controlling turbine revolution speed in turbine manual start-up.;SOLUTION: This turbine acceleration indication manual start device consists of a turbine start-up computer (TSC) control means 11 automatically controlling and starting up a turbine with receiving revolution signal of a revolution sensor 17b, a switching means stopping automatic control output of the TSC dynamic control means and enabling manual operation of start-up from a monitor operation panel means 15, TMS start-up control means 12 calculating turbine actual revolution speed after operation of the switching means reading scheduled revolution speed and scheduled acceleration of an established start-up operation plan and comparing those and making a judgment and outputting target acceleration to be manually established based on the result to the monitor operation panel means, a display means 14 comparing and indication the target acceleration and current acceleration of the turbine, and a switch means 16 for an operator monitoring the display means to remotely and manually operate quantity of steam or gas to be filled in the turbine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
