PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultra-high temperature flame, a ultra-high temperature combustion furnace, a refuse incinerator, and a separator.;SOLUTION: In this ultra-high temperature flame generating method, plasma discharge is performed while supplying oxygen and moisture to cokes to generate a high temperature flame. The moisture is dissolved into hydrogen and oxygen by the high temperature flame, and they are burned to generate a ultra-high temperature flame. A grate is installed at the inside center of a furnace surrounded by a fireproofing wall, a coke supply part to the grate is installed, and an electrode for discharging is disposed.
