PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a uniform composite film by taking advantage of a characteristic of inorganic particle, to provide a thermal spraying particle used for the method for producing a uniform composite film, to provide a composite film having high image clarity and brightness by using a phosphor as the inorganic particle and to provide a radiation image transformation panel using the composite film. PSOLUTION: In the method for producing composite film, the inorganic particle and thermoplastic resin particle are thermally sprayed in a mixed state and the composite film is formed. Therein, a mixture of the inorganic particle and the thermoplastic resin particle is controlled so as to have a temperature at which the thermoplastic resin is melted or half-melted and the inorganic particle is neither half-melted nor melted. Further, the content of the inorganic particle is 85 mass% and 99 mass% and the content of the thermoplastic resin particle is 1.0 mass% and 15 mass%. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
