PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a prestressed-precast concrete beam which can alleviate wiring work of a complicated PC strand cable, and a joining method of a precast concrete beam and a pole which can increase the earthquake stress allowance of a pole-beam joining section.;SOLUTION: Placing of reinforcement of a beam lower end line 4 and two or more stirrups 5 is carried out into a beam form 3. A PC strand cable 2 is hung and arranged in longitudinal direction in the beam form 3 by its own weight of the PC strand cable 2. After that, a concrete 6 having compressive strength of below 60 N/mm2 and more than 40 N/mm2 is cast in the beam form 3. In this case, an upper part 5a of a stirrup 5 is exposed. After manifestation of predetermined strength of the concrete 6 is checked, prestress is introduced by tensing the PC strand cable 2.
