PARTIAL DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR EXISTING STEEL PIPE PILE AND SWELLING PART FORMING DEVICE USED IN IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally dismantle and remove an upper end part of an existing steel pipe pile.;SOLUTION: A lid 3 is provided in the inside of a slightly lower position than a cutting scheduled position P by work from a pile head of the existing steel pipe pile 1. Its upper end part is cut at the cutting scheduled position, and the cut upper end part is pulled out and removed. A part of a peripheral face of the existing steel pipe pile is plastically deformed in an installation position of the lid and is swelled to an outer side from an inner side to form a swelling part 4. A bottom form 6 is arranged at a position just below the swelling part, and concrete is placed up to height for burying the swelling part to form the concrete lid 3 while it is engaged with the swelling part 4. A swelling part forming device A forming the swelling part by driving a pusher by an actuator of a cylinder, pressing a peripheral face of the existing steel pipe pile against an outer side, and deforming it plastically to form the swelling part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
