ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER AND INK-JET INK

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner, improved in anti-hot-offset properties and pigment dispersibility in fixing, and to provide an aqueous pigment ink-jet ink causing no nozzle clogging and ensuring improved discharge stability of the ink. PSOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises a colorant, a binder resin and a release agent, wherein the colorant is obtained by carrying out dispersion with a dispersing machine, in which a dispersing main part consists of two opposite ring-shaped disks, one of the disks rotates at a high speed, the other has a function to apply back pressure from the back face thereof by a plurality of springs and air pressurization, and the rotating disk has a spiral groove (or radial grooves).
