PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the recovery of questionnaires using a simple mechanism and with little effort and time while walking without stopping.;SOLUTION: A questionnaire survey system comprises mobile terminals carried by users, and a collecting system which collects answers to questionnaires given as the users make selections from a plurality of choices and which displays the results. The mobile terminal 20 includes a light source part that emits a plurality of light beams of different wavelengths, and a wavelength selecting means for selecting the plurality of wavelengths in association with the plurality of choices when the light source part emits light. The collecting system 10 includes a table display panel 11 that displays a table showing the relationships between the plurality of choices and the plurality of wavelengths; a light reception device 30 for receiving the light from the light source part after converting it into electric signals; a server 40 that collects the results of the questionnaires for each of the plurality of choices in accordance with the electric signals coming from the light reception device 30; and a result display panel 50 for displaying the results collected by the server 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
