ELECTRONIC SEAL AUTHENTICATION AUDITING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for accurately and efficiently performing audit by reducing the man-hours of auditing.;SOLUTION: This electronic seal authentication auditing system is provided with a client computer to which a tablet is connected and an electronic seal authentication server connected to the client computer for supporting the audit certification of the validity of the internal control of in-institution accounting processing. The electronic seal authentication server is provided with an electronic seal registration managing part for registering the print of seal information of an electronic seal to be used on the tablet at the client computer side by associating it with electronic seal ID information, a database part for managing information on a user who uses the client computer, information on an electronic stamp document which is used by the user, and information on the approval flow of the electronic stamp document and an electronic seal authenticating part for, when a stamp event to stamp an electronic seal on the tablet occurs, and the information is transmitted to the electronic seal authentication server side, accepting it by deciding the validity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
