PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin composition having excellent extrusion moldability and inflation moldability, a heavy-duty packaging film made of the resin composition and having high strength and a heavy-duty packaging bag made of the film and having high strength.;SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having an ethylene-based monomer unit and a 3-20C α-olefin monomer unit, having a flow activation energy (Ea) of ≥35 kJ/mol and a melt flow rate ratio (MFRR) of ≥30 and (B) an ethylenic polymer other than the component A.
