PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous vacuum heat-treatment or carburizing apparatus for metal wire rod which easily passes the wire near the inlet and the outlet of a furnace core tube in the closed apparatus and has simple structure.;SOLUTION: A plurality of furnace core tubes 10, 20 are separately arranged in a vacuum chamber 2, and guide rollers 41, 42 for guiding the steel wire 46 for passing the wire are arranged at the lower side between the furnace core tubes. Further, the length of the steel wire for passing the wire is longer than the length of the interval between the adjacent guide rollers, and the feed-out can be performed by rotating at least one of guide roller. Furthermore, a V-shaped groove 43 is arranged on the outer periphery of the lower side guide roller 41 and a reverse-V shaped projecting part 44 formed as the flat 45 at the tip end part is arranged on the outer periphery of the upper side guide roller 42. The first furnace core tube 10 has a branched tube 11 in which carburizing gas can be supplied, and the second furnace core tube 20 has a branched tube 21 in which inert gas can be supplied, and the continuous carburization is applied by arranging heating devices 13, 23 for heating the furnace core tubes from the outer part and heat-insulating materials 16, 26 in one of the vacuum chamber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
