PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing apparatus capable of accurately reading data from an optical disk independently of a size of land pre-pits.;SOLUTION: In the optical reproducing apparatus 1 having an address reproduction circuit for generating an address signal S4 by using a wobble signal and a land pre-pit signal S2 read from the optical disk 2, the address reproduction circuit comprises: a binary circuit 5 for generating a binary land pre-pit signal resulting from binarizing the land pre-pit signal at a prescribed slice level; a width detection circuit for detecting the width of the binary land pre-pit signal; a storage circuit for sequentially storing the width of the binary land pre-pit signals; and a slice level adjustment circuit 8 for adjusting the slice level of the binary circuit on the basis of the width of the binary land pre-pit signals stored in the storage circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
