PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cycle power generation plant combining a steam turbine and a waste heat collection boiler with a regenerative gas turbine plant further improved output ratio by keeping heat exchange of the regenerator well.;SOLUTION: This invented combined cycle power generation plant combining the steam turbine and the waste heat collection boiler with the regenerative gas turbine plant is provided with a heat exchanger 6 between a air compressor 1 and the regenerator 2 in the regenerative gas turbine plant 7 which consists of the air compressor 1, the regenerator 2, a gas turbine combustor 3, a gas turbine 4 and a generator 5.
