PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme sensor, facilitating the immobilization of an enzyme to a prescribed electrode even if the electrode is made minute with the conformation of the sensor downsized, and to provide an analyzer using the same.;SOLUTION: This enzyme sensor 10 is equipped with a tubular regulation part 22 on the radially outside of a working electrode 12 with an enzyme fixing part 23 installed thereon. When forming the enzyme fixing part 22, an enzyme liquid obtained by dispersing or dissolving an enzyme in a liquid or semisolid form fluid resin is put inside the regulation part 22. This prevents the fluid enzyme liquid from flowing to any regions other than the working electrode 12 since the liquid is restrained from moving by the regulation part 22. Therefore, the enzyme can be easily immobilized to a prescribed electrode even if the electrode is made minute in keeping with the downsizing of the oxygen sensor 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
