PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal observation method and a signal observation device suitable for an assembling self test.;SOLUTION: A signal-retaining method retains a comparison result at a prescribed time position of a repeating signal, by comparing the repeating signal with a reference signal by a level.
