PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a P2P traffic dealing router which discriminates P2P (peer to peer) traffics especially, and efficiently controls P2P traffics to be transferred in a network.;SOLUTION: The router is provided with a router portion for performing a router function, a discrimination portion for discriminating P2P traffics from input traffics, an attaching portion for attaching discrimination information to the P2P traffics discriminated by the discrimination portion, a notification portion for creating notification information for notifying other routers of the discrimination information, a controller for performing traffic control of the discriminated P2P traffics.
