PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since each service of an operation efficiency realizing system in an office of a conventional enterprise or the like is provided to assist work to be performed by employees in the office, restrictions on time/space in performing the work, such as having telephones/FAX machines in the office and gathering in a certain specific place in order to make arrangements or the like, are held as they are.;SOLUTION: In this invention, an employee's terminal is provided with functions such as the network transfer of telephones/FAX and telephone meeting or the like, and every office work is made available on the terminal. Therefore, it is possible for the employee to perform the work regardless of his or her location as long as the terminal and the Internet connection environment are arranged. Thus, (1) it is possible to save a commuting time, and to eliminate commuting itself, (2) it is possible to reduce expenses associated with the operation of an actual office, and (3) it is not necessary to depend on time/space.
