PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a response time for a request of displaying the frequency distribution of the gray level of an image. PSOLUTION: An image quality display device is provided with an input means for inputting an image, an operating means for accepting a request of displaying a graph representing the frequency distribution of the gray level of the image inputted by the input means, a display means for displaying the graph on a screen in response to the display request, and a aggregating means for generating data for displaying the graph on the screen before accepting the display request.
