PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental pollutant recovering device of recovering solid or sludge environmental pollutants in a sealing state as it is while continuously sucking the environmental pollutants and to provide a recovering system of the environmental pollutants.;SOLUTION: The recovering device of environmental pollutants is provided with a solid/liquid/gas separator 10 separating a solid/liquid from a gas by sucking the solid or muddy environmental pollutants, a solid/liquid recovering vessel 20 recovering the solid/liquid separated in the solid/liquid/gas separator, a first valve 61 installed in a first flow passage transferring the solid/liquid to the solid/liquid recovering vessel from the solid/liquid/gas separator, a transferable storage 30 housing the solid/liquid recovered to the solid/liquid recovering vessel, a second valve 62 installed in a flow passage transferring the solid/liquid to the storage from the solid/liquid recovering vessel, and a third valve 63 installed in the second flow passage 71 connecting the solid/liquid/gas separator to the solid/liquid recovering vessel and being different from the first flow passage.
