PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding environment facilitating predation of a feed, especially animal plankton supplied to larval fishes/fries and a living environment without causing a stress resisting an eddy current by preventing the generation of the eddy current due to aeration because the eddy current is generated in water for both a falling type and a bubble jetting type in conventional aeration in a water tank and a crawl and the feeding environment and living environment regarded as important in culturing of the larval fishes/fries are not sufficient.;SOLUTION: Oxygen is supplied by using pressurized microbubbles gushed out into water in the water tank, crawl, etc., by permeating compressed air (air/oxygen) through an air-permeable film obtained by producing crazes under pressurization. The generation of the eddy current by aeration operation is prevented and abundant dissolved oxygen is supplied to both the feeding environment for facilitating the predation of the feed, particularly the animal plankton supplied to the larval fishes/fries and the living environment without causing the stress resisting the eddy current.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
