GUIDING TOOL FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY OF ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a foramen to be created for PLB at a femur for a rear inside approach without requiring much skill, which relates to a guiding tool for a guide pin used when the foramen is created at the femur for rear outside fasciculi for a type of reconstruction surgery that separates anterior cruciate ligaments of the knee into AMB and PLB.;SOLUTION: A guiding tool 10 for a guide pin used when the foramen is created at the femur for PLB has an insertion section 12 inserted into the foramen that has been formed at the femur for AMB at an end part of an elongate main body 11; and has a guide pin guiding aperture 18 that is open outward for inserting the guide pin for creating the foramen at the femur for PLB on the elongate main body. The guide pin guiding aperture 18 is composed of the guide pin insertion section and a slot section 20 extended from the guide pin insertion section to the peripheral section of the elongate main body.
