PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper which is furnished with expansile/contractile parts and fastening tapes in the both detachable wings of the front and back bodies, and is extended to fix to a user's waist, allowing the user and a helper to facilitate the user's wearing on and off, and a paper diaper cover.;SOLUTION: The paper diaper comprises the both detachable wings 2, 2', 3, and 3' in the back body 6 and the front bodies 7 of the paper diaper 1, wherein the wings have a length extended so as to cover the whole waist, are furnished with the expansile/contractile parts 4 to fit to the waist, and are provided with the fastening tapes 5a and 5b on the overlapping areas of the both detachable wings 2, 2', 3, and 3'.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
