CONTROL METHOD FOR PLATE CROWN SHAPE AND PLATE SHAPE IN PLATE ROLLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a plate crown shape and a plate shape, by which a target plate crown shape and a target plate shape after rolling of a hot-rolled steel plate are obtained by making the calculation accuracy of the plate crown shape and the plate shape excellent at the time of calculating a setting value.;SOLUTION: The control method for a plate crown shape and a plate shape in plate rolling is employed to obtain a target plate crown shape and a target plate shape at the outlet side of the final stand of a hot continuous rolling mill line having a plurality of rolling stands. In the method, a calculation for setting a plate crown shape and a plate shape is conducted based on a target plate crown shape and a target plate shape of initial setting at the outlet side of the final stand. Next, an error between the plate crown shape calculated by the above calculation and the target plate crown shape of initial setting is calculated, and the target plate shape at the outlet side of the final stand is changed in the direction where the error is reduced, so that the setting value for a plate crown shape control device is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
