HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE SPINNING RAW LIQUID AND SOLUTION COMPOSITION FOR THE RAW LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved solution composition for a spinning raw liquid for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane with excellent performance useful for separating a liquid or a mixed gas by a dialysis method, an ultrafiltration method, etc., and a spinning raw liquid.;SOLUTION: A solution containing N,N-dialkylcarboxylic acid amide and α-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester as indispensable components is used as the solution composition for the hollow fiber membrane spinning raw liquid. The spinning raw liquid containing the solution composition and at least one hollow fiber membrane forming polymer selected from a cellulose derivative, polyvinylpyrrolidone and polysulfon as indispensable components is used as the spinning raw liquid. Thereby, it becomes possible that the hollow fiber membrane having an appropriate water-permeability, a large permeability of a midium molecular weight body and an excellent molecular weight fraction characteristic is manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
