PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-containing antiinflammatory analgesic plaster for external applications, which has an excellent antiinflammatory effect and an excellent analgesic effect against inflammations such as muscle ache, sprain, bruise, lumbago, and shoulder stiffness, and has a low skin irritating property.;SOLUTION: This water-containing antiinflammatory analgesic plaster for the external applications is characterized by comprising a glycol salicylate and/or methyl salicylate selected from anti-inflammatory agents and lidocaine selected from local anesthetics. The water-containing antiinflammatory analgesic plaster exhibits an especially excellent synergistic effect on the antiinflammatory effect and the analgesic effect.
