SEISMIC RESPONSE CONTROLLED HIGH-RISE BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic response controlled high-rise building simply reducing bending deformation and overturning moment without changing a building plan.;SOLUTION: This high-rise building is composed of: a core part 1 in which a continuous layer aseismatic wall is arranged; an outer frame 3 constructed on an outer side across a living space 2 for the core part 1 and having a rigid frame composed of an outer column 3a and an outer beam 3b; a floor slab 4 connected between the core part 1 and the outer beam 3b of the outer frame 3; and a truss frame 5 which overhangs from a top part of the core part 1 in the direction of outer frame 3 and whose tip is connected with the outer column 3a of the outer frame 3.
