PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening a medicine acting on a harmful factor group for starting physiological function by a signal from the outside of cells such as oncogene, cytokinin, etc., that receives multiplex control by transcription, stability of mRNA, translation, decomposition, etc., in order to remove the harmful factor group from the body.;SOLUTION: The method for screening a substance for reducing stability of the mRNA comprises assaying the influence of a substance to be examined on a breakage and recombination of an RNA having a repeating sequence composed of an AUUUA sequence, especially making protein and topoisomerase I coexist in a screening system and recombining the RNA by the topoisomerase I.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
