PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reforming catalyst degradation determining device by which the degradation of a reforming catalyst is easily and precisely grasped, a fuel reforming apparatus provided with the same and a reforming catalyst degradation determining method. PSOLUTION: In a reformer 20 for supplying a reformed gas to an engine 1 of a car C, the temperature of a catalyst bed in a reforming reaction part 23 in which the reforming catalyst is arranged is obtained (S32) by a temperature sensor 12 to determine the degradation of the reforming catalyst for reforming a mixed gas of fuel with air and an electronic control unit (ECU) 50 determines (S34) the degree of the degradation of the reforming catalyst based on the temperature of the catalyst bed obtained by the temperature sensor 12.
