PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bacterial spore-treating chip, easily and inexpensively handled, and also capable of automatizing from bacterial spore to the extraction and analysis of its gene in one batch, and a small and portable device for treating the bacterial spore, equipped with the above.;SOLUTION: This bacterial spore-treating chip 101 is equipped with an injection port 102 for feeding a specimen containing the bacteria forming spores, a germination-accelerating liquid-preserving part 111 for preserving the germination-accelerating liquid introduced into the specimen fed to the injection port, a dissolution liquid-preserving part 112 for preserving the dissolution liquid introduced into the mixed liquid of the specimen and germination-accelerating liquid, a gene-eluting part 103 for eluting the gene from the specimen, a gene-extracting part 113 equipped with a gene-binding carrier for binding with the eluted gene, a cleaning liquid-preserving part 115 for preserving the cleaning liquid introduced into the gene-extracting part, a releasing liquid-preserving part 115 for preserving the releasing liquid introduced into the gene-extracting part and a reaction part 104 introduced with the gene released by the releasing liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
