PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for intracellular transduction with which the dose of a transgenic peptide can be suppressed to a minimal dose and effects of the transgenic peptide can further be exhibited to a maximum so that not only cancer cell growth can be inhibited but also various functional molecular target effects can remarkably be raised and to provide a kit for realizing the method. PSOLUTION: A transporter having a hydrophobic pocket and a cell-penetrating peptide containing at least 9 arginines including L forms and optical isomer forms (D-form amino acids) is used. Furthermore, the transporter is provided with a spacer sequence between the hydrophobic pocket and the cell-penetrating peptide and sequences imparting the degree of freedom of rotation to each domain at both ends thereof as represented by an amino acid sequence of KETWWETWWTEWWTEWSQGPGRRRRRRRRR.
