PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat utilizing system with an underground water tank water heat source heat pump of high efficiency. PSOLUTION: In this underground heat utilizing system with an underground water tank water heat source heat pump, the water or brine in the water tank installed in the ground is used as the heat source water of a heat pump, the heat source water for keeping the rise or fall of the heat source water temperature at the termination of cooling or heating operation of every day or cycle within a temperature range to secure a coefficient of performance (cooling-heating capacity/power usage) higher than that of the other heat pump such as an air heat source, is secured in the water tank, and the operation for recovering the risen or fallen heat source water temperature is performed in a time zone when the electric power is inexpensive before the start of the operation of the next day or next cycle, whereby the operation free from capacity degradation performance of every day or every cycle can be repeated.
