PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling growing tool capable of being easily used in transplanting a seedling and capable of being easily reused, to provide a seedling growing culture medium capable of remarkably excellently growing the seedling and capable of being suitably applied to the seedling growing tool, and to provide a seedling growing method using the seedling growing tool and the seedling growing culture medium. PSOLUTION: This seedling growing tool is structured by forming a bottom part of a container body 1 having an opened top part into a pointed part 1A, so that the container body 1 is inserted into the ground from the pointed part 1A, and further forming root advancing parts 3 the each of which is perforated into the container body 1, so that roots 2 of the seedling N advance to the outside of the container body 1 through the root advancing parts 3. Further, the root advancing parts 3 are each formed into a shape having a length corresponding to at least a length along the vertical direction of the container body 1, and opened at an upper edge part of the container body 1.
