STONE BOX FOR STORING WASTES AND STONE BOX BLOCK HAVING WASTES STORED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stone box which is capable of efficiently recycling wastes as a construction material, which can not be conventionally recycled.;SOLUTION: The stone box for storing wastes is manufactured by using clay as a bone material, mixing a curing agent consisting of SiO₂ and CaO as a main component therewith and compression molding the resulting mixture at a high pressure of 3,000 kg/cm² or more to 6,000 kg/cm² or less. In the similar manner, a blocked material is manufactured by mixing the curing agent and compression molding the same at a high pressure of 3,000 kg/cm² to 6,000 kg/cm². In order to store the wastes into the stone box, the blocked material is incorporated into the stone box and is further compressed and integrated, and then served as a construction material and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
