PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high grade mixed fine aggregate containing blast furnace fine aggregate for cement concrete or mortar by preventing the bleeding and the solidification of the blast furnace slag fine aggregate using quenched blast furnace slag as a raw material. PSOLUTION: The blast furnace slag fine aggregate having low fine powder ratio and small specific surface area is produced by crushing water-granulated slag obtained by quenching molten slag generated from a blast furnace with water to improve the shape and classifying it. The mixed fine aggregate containing the fine aggregate is the fine aggregate for the cement concrete or the mortar.
